Abberior FLIP

详细介绍

Abberior FLIP 565 is a photoswitchable dye that belongs to the photosensitive spiroamide compounds. Upon photoswitching with UV light at 360 - 375 nm they form transiently fluorescent species (excitation maximum: 565nm; emission maximum: 580 nm). Shortly after this Abberior FLIP 565 molecules return to the nonfluorescent state via thermal relaxation. The dye is performing very well in PALM and STORM microscopy e.g. a Nikon N-STORM microscope.
