Abberior 595 STED
先进的共聚焦超分辨纳米成像系统, 配置595 nm STED 压制激光, 实现多色超分辨率影像,  适合GFP, YFP 荧光蛋白, 或者, 有机染剂, 如Abberior STAR 440SX or STAR 488等成像应用.

双色 STED 荧光应用 (595 nm STED), 可选用 STAR 440XP, STAR 488, 可再配合 SiR 染剂.

  • Labels are Abberior STAR 488 (peroxisomal membrane protein PMP70) and STAR 440 SXP (Tubulin)
  • Abberior STAR 440 SXP is the optimal long-stokes partner to enable 2-color STED with one laser wavelength at ~590nm.
  • The dye pair is tested and verified for the Abberior-Instruments 2-color STED 595 microscope operating a 595 nm pulsed STED laser
