Abberior 595 STED
先进的共聚焦超分辨纳米成像系统, 配置595 nm STED 压制激光, 实现多色超分辨率影像, 适合GFP, YFP 荧光蛋白, 或者, 有机染剂, 如Abberior STAR 440SX or STAR 488等成像应用.

2-color STED images with the Abberior STAR 440 SXP and Abberior STAR 488
- Labels are Abberior STAR 488 (peroxisomal membrane protein PMP70) and STAR 440 SXP (Tubulin)
- Abberior STAR 440 SXP is the optimal long-stokes partner to enable 2-color STED with one laser wavelength at ~590nm.
- The dye pair is tested and verified for the Abberior-Instruments 2-color STED 595 microscope operating a 595 nm pulsed STED laser
